Let me see first

When a cute guy asked you to be his gf, any sane girl will scream YES. Some will even go to the length to slaughter a chicken to thank the ancestors for bestowing them a big fat water fish.

But me. I stupidly replied,

"Errr... Hmmm... Ehhh... Let me see first."

I was actually requesting for some personal space and time to think about his proposal.

Abuthen he asked me back. Rather innocently,

"Sweetie, what exactly do you want to see first?"

Oh gawd. Damn it. What did I just say? What did he just say?

That was sooo embarrassing can die. I will never ever forget today.
