Caring Hearts Blood Donation Drive

2) Where?
The Curve, Mutiara Damansara
(In front of F.O.S, 1st Floor)

3) When?
• Date : 9 June 2007 (Saturday)
• Time : 11.00 A.M. – 6.00 P.M.

4) Why?
• Reason No. 1 : GIVE BLOOD SAVE LIVES!
• Reason No. 2 : Got a lot of LENG LUIS!!!

• Reason No. 3 : Got LENG JAI doc!!!

5) Who?
All of us are QUALIFIED & ELIGIBLE as Blood Donors if:

• Age :
Between 18 to 60 years.

• Gender :
Male and Female.

• Weight :
Minimum 45 kg (or 100 LB).

• General Appearance :
Donors must appear to be in good health.

• Medical History :
Donors must not have a history of recent illnesses nor a history of the consumption of any medication. In addition to this they must not have a history of any inherited bleeding disorder.

• Important :
(i) Blood donors must have a minimum of 5 hours of sleep.
(ii) The interval between the last donation of whole blood should not be less than 8 weeks and not less than 2 weeks for plasma or platelet donation.
(iii) You can't donate blood if you have had ear piercing, body piercing or tattooing, or have had acupuncture between 6 and 12 months ago.
