Railway story 2

Yesterday morning the train was delayed + packed like sardines because there was an accident in the Segambut train station area. An incoming train hit and run over a pedestrian on the track.

Question: Why did the chicken cross the road?
Answer: To get to the other side of the road.

Should the pedestrians be blamed for their laziness and ignorance?
Or should the management be blamed for the inadequacies and flaws in the system?

It is really 'a puzzle' to me why a beautiful country like ours with a world class airport in the front yard ALSO has such an abhorring commuter facilities hiding in the backyard.

So whose fault is it anyway? And why?
